Foreword
The purpose of this information form is to assist the Raj Manek Business Mentorship Committee in providing appropriate protégé and mentor matches. The Program has two commencement dates, March 1 and September 1.
General Information
Protégés in the Raj Manek Business Mentorship Program receive all program benefits for $300 + GST. Included in the costs are:
- Free entry to all seminars.
- One complimentary ticket to the annual mentorship dinner.
- Two complimentary tickets for your mentor to the annual mentorship dinner.
- An exquisite appreciation gift for your mentor.
- 1st Year Free Membership to the Saskatoon Regional Development Authority membership (worth $500).
Terms and Conditions
The information held in this form will be held in strict confidence by the Raj Manek Business Mentorship Program Committee members, the Saskatoon and District Chamber of Commerce, and the applicant's protégé unless permission is otherwise obtained from the registrant.
